Products
Rightcut sells compression garments. Our products are items of clothing. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. They change how clothing sits while being worn, and have no effect beyond that.
If you have concerns about your health, or about changes to your body, please speak to a GP or another qualified healthcare professional.
Product descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently on different screens, and measurements may vary slightly between individual garments.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, or because of a pricing error — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free, so the price shown is the total you pay.
Cancellation and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. We do not require goods to be returned in order to process a cancellation or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
