Where we ship

United Kingdom only.

Cost

Free delivery on every order. No minimum, no threshold, nothing added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 working days of being placed. Occasionally a parcel takes up to 10 days, usually because of a delay in transit outside our control.

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, email us and we'll chase it.

Duties and taxes

The price you pay at checkout is the total price. Import duties and taxes are settled before your order is dispatched, so there is nothing further to pay when it arrives.

Packaging

Every order arrives in plain, unbranded outer packaging. There is nothing on the outside to indicate what's inside.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second with tracking once it's dispatched.

Problems
